This website sets no audience measurement, advertising or social media cookies, and contains no data collection form. No consent banner is therefore needed.
Data you send us
Booking a call
Calls are booked on a Google Calendar page. The information you enter there (name, email address, any message) is processed by Google to organize the appointment, then received by Digital Hipster. Google’s privacy policy applies to that page.
Emails and exchanges
If you write to us, we use your contact details and the content of your messages only to reply to you and, where applicable, to draw up a quote and carry out the service.
Legal basis and retention period
- Prospects: legitimate interest in responding to your request. Data kept for 3 years after the last contact.
- Clients: performance of the contract, then legal accounting obligations (10 years for accounting records).
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor transferred. It is accessible only to Damien Ladurelle and to the necessary technical providers (email, calendar, umbrella company for invoicing).
Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Genève), Suisse). Like any web server, it records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) used solely for the security and proper operation of the website.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@digital-hipster.com.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
